Product Development, Sourcing, and Consultation
If you have a product idea in mind, but no product. This is where you'll start.
We can take your design idea and help build it from the ground up.
From sourcing the fabric to helping with the basic construction. We'll cover all the bases.
Rate: $115.00 per hour

Pattern and Marker Making, Grading, and Cutting
Once you have your fabric ready we can have the patterns made and graded.
Then we'll print a marker for our San Diego-based cutter. From there it's off to Mexico.
Pattern-Making: $60.00 per hour (Averages 1.5 hours)
Grading: $18.00 per size set
Marker: $15.00 per size set
Full Service Production
We work with many factories in Baja, Mexico. Most are less than an hour from our San Diego headquarters.
These factories are top-notch and have just about any machine your product requires.
Most have been in business for decades, and remain in business because of the very high quality of their work.
Full Customs Brokering and Transportation
We work directly with the factories, truckers, and customs brokers. The average time spent at customs is about 2 hours.
That means it takes about 3 hours for your products to travel from the factory to our warehouse.
During transportation, your products are supervised by professionals to minimize risk.
Our customs broker also works with us to reduce the amount of duties that you'll pay to keep your costs down.
Due to the specific programs that we use, the average duty rate is practically negligible.
If your fabric comes from America you can also use the NAFTA program which eliminates duties completely.
